About Me

Christina is the owner of Beas Realty, an affiliate of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Logan Circle Office. She is a licensed salesperson in DC & VA and has lived in the Washington, D.C. area for over thirty years. A graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, she attended undergraduate school at George Washington University and holds a master's degree in international relations from Georgetown University.

Employed in the international relations field for the last decade, Christina brings extensive experience with high-pressure and time-sensitive negotiations to her real estate work. She is a professional photographer and writer and has operated a creative services business for the last five years. With these skills she is able to craft unique marketing materials for her listings and to envision creative ways of transforming spaces to for buyers. Christina speaks Italian and some French and Spanish.

For Christina, each transaction is an opportunity to go above and beyond for her clients. She is intimately familiar with the active and highly competitive Northern Virginia real estate market and committed to providing unique and effective buying and selling strategies to her clients.

She is especially familiar with the needs of government employees, military families and first-time home buyers.

Christina has many interests outside of real estate. She is the poetry editor for a popular literary journal, a casual botanist, and enjoys hiking and biking. She also plays several instruments and frequently attends local theaters and live music venues. She also owns and operates Beas Creative, a creative consulting company that provides design, photographic, and editorial services.
